Overview:
Responsibilities:
  • Independently develop custom scripts in multiple database environments to extract data for data discovery, analysis and optimization.
  • Independently develop and maintain models to build high-quality predictive/prescriptive systems for business plans
  • Lead data technology, architecture and business recommendations, based on developed key insights in both macro-and micro-environments.
  • Building, delivering, and interpreting reports by analyzing data from digital platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DMPs, Adobe Audience Manager, Liveramp Identity Spine, database environments or attribution tools.
  • Extracting, linking and manipulating online and offline data to optimize, scale or influence targeted business objective –in this case “Ideal Customer”
  • Drive robust use and analysis of proprietary data in and between internal systems including BI.
  • Provide expertise, insight, and innovation in the area of data analytics
  • Identify data-driven and technology options available in data management and manipulation, requirements, analytics development, data science options and preferences of visualizations.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or very closely related field plus direct experience as a Customer Data Analyst working with large raw datasets
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications plus significant experience as a Customer Data Analyst, or related occupation leading, building, and executing data analytics frameworks.
Visa sponsorship available. Must work 1-2 days/week on-site in Groveland, MA. No relocation is available.
